Welcome! My name is Libby and I’m a nutrition coach & online training specialist, plus local personal trainer in Boynton Beach, FL. I specialize not only in getting my clients strong, but giving them the tools and knowledge to do so themselves. Work with me online in my Fueled for Performance nutrition and fitness coaching, or in-person training.
