Not at all! Most of my clients work with me fully online through personalized training and nutrition coaching. Whether you’re training at a CrossFit gym, a traditional gym, or at home, your program is tailored to your goals, equipment, and schedule.

You’ll receive customized programming, weekly check-ins, video feedback, and ongoing support through my coaching app. Every plan combines structured training and individualized nutrition guidance so you know exactly how to train, eat, and recover to reach your goals.

We’ll start by identifying your goals and current habits. From there, I’ll create a personalized plan with macro targets, meal structure guidance, and fueling strategies based on your training demands. You’ll learn how to adjust your nutrition for performance, recovery, and body composition — without cutting out foods you love.

Not necessarily. Tracking can be a powerful learning tool, but it’s not required forever. I meet you where you are, whether that means tracking macros, building balanced plates, or using portion-based methods. The goal is always to understand your body’s needs and develop sustainable habits, not obsess over numbers.

No problem! Many of my nutrition-only clients already have a training routine they enjoy. If you’re looking to improve performance, recovery, or body composition, we can focus solely on the nutrition side — or integrate your existing workouts into a cohesive plan.

Every plan I create is built from scratch for you — your training, preferences, and lifestyle. I don’t hand out generic templates. My goal is to teach you the why behind your nutrition and training so you can make confident choices and maintain results long after coaching ends.

I recommend starting with a minimum 3-month commitment to build consistency, make meaningful progress, and understand your body’s needs. Long-term results take time — and the best transformations come from consistency, not quick fixes.

You’ll fill out a brief application so I can learn about your goals, training history, and nutrition background. From there, we’ll schedule a consult call to discuss what approach fits you best — nutrition coaching, online training, or both.
